This does not mean that the contact cannot see our phone number, since when the first message is sent the number appears in the header. Simply avoids the hassle of having to enter a contact in the address book in advance.

This is how this method works

To be able to use this function we have to use the web version of the application, either on the mobile or on the computer. Once inside we will not find any option with that feature. To be able to use it we have to create this link ourselves in the search bar of our browser:
