When the improved Windows Phone home screens came out, I started looking for alternatives to customize mine and I ended up downloading this application, which, like many others, remained there unused. A few weeks ago I decided to bring it back and it's stuck on my phones forever: automatically switches between all my OneDrive wallpapers and can add weather widgets or battery. It has a free trial version, the complete one costs €1.29.

One of the issues that we usually have to deal with when using our smartphones is attending to data consumption. Windows Phone 8.1 has the data sensor that allows us to be aware of it, but sometimes we want more information, such as that related to Internet browsing.

That is precisely what IE Data Savings does. This is an application from Microsoft itself that allows to see the accumulated data consumption when browsing the web with Internet Explorer on Windows Phone. From it we can see how much we have downloaded per period and how much the Microsoft browser has been able to save us for its mobile system.
