Released Skype update to version 1.6 for Windows 8

With a firm step to replace the ancient and venerable messenger, the Skype team continues releasing updates to have the communication software ready for the great day of the replacement, which is already very close.
There have not been many changes, in fact there have been only two, but they seem relevant and interesting to all users.
Contact Management
The first one extends control over the people I have in my contact list; being able, finally, to remove, report as spam or even block those fictitious or real accounts – that bother me, bother me or I have too many.
To do so, I select and open the contact's window, as if I were going to establish a communication with him, and press the right mouse button to obtain the contextual menu.
In it I see the “ Block ” icon that opens a pop-up window with two blocking options added:Remove from people/contacts list of my Skype, and that I don't go out again. Which is very necessary in the first moments when we activate the Skype account when migrating all the Messenger contacts, and having to clean it up.Report as spam Which continues to be one of the persistent problems in all communication on the Internet, and which became especially annoying on Messenger.
Performance improvements
According to the development team, which describes the update on their blog, the loading and operating speed of the update has also been improved.It's not something I can test in person because the laptop I'm writing these lines with is powerful enough to blow up Skype, but I'm sure more than one reader will appreciate it.
This improvement package also includes fixing various errors and incidents reported by users, such as:Not being able to switch between calls on hold.The general error that occurred randomly when pressing the "information" button.Or that, sometimes, when Skype was running in the background, it didn't notify you of incoming calls.
In short, a small update we have available in the Windows 8 Store, and it improves an excellent product.
