Edge for Android already allows automatic text translation for web pages and so you can activate it

An improvement available in the test program, a step prior to its arrival in the global version and that brings the functions of Microsoft Edge Canary for Android closer to the desktop version of Microsoft Edge. This is because of a new feature that lets you set a list of the languages in which you'd like to see web pages.

An enhancement that is available only to those who have the Canary Dev app updated to version 92.0.888.0, a version that at At the time of writing this article, it does not appear in the Google Play Store, where the most recent version is 92.0.884.2.
