The SharePoint collaborative application about to arrive on Windows 10 Mobile

Today one of the uses that we most often give to our devices is to be tools for sharing content. Whatever the type, we find multiple applications to carry out this task and one of them can be SharePoint.

This is a multi-device tool that allows us to discover and share content of all kinds. An application that now comes to Windows 10 Mobile in its preview version, so we can still find some bugs.

This is specifically version 0.8.3.0 of an application with which to organize our day to day, either individually or collectively through groups and well-distributed tasks. With all members you can share files, create and organize lists or start activities.

It is a free application but it requires the payment of a monthly plan to be able to use it with prices that start from 4.20 euros per monthup to the most expensive versions for 19.70 euros per month with functionalities directly focused on the business world.

SharePoint for Windows 10 Mobile is now available for download from the Windows Store, but is not yet operational. These are its main characteristics:

• You can sign in to all your SharePoint Online sites. Add multiple accounts and easily switch between them
• Quickly find your sites, taking a look at the tab designed for them. You will be able to see the sites you visit most frequently and the sites you follow. Just touch a group to access it. Navigating is very easy, as is sharing the site and viewing the lists
• You can see the latest and most popular files. If you are in a group, you can find all the files quickly, you can also share them and have access to the document libraries thanks to the integration with OneDrive. Files can be edited using the Windows 10 Mobile apps Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
• Allow links
• You can search. Enterprise Search is available in the app
• Search and browse the people you work with. If you click on a user you can see their contact card and see who they work with, as well as the work they are doing
• Light and Dark Theme
• Access to the most frequent sites
• Ability to view links and resources related to your account
• Ability to see people on your team
• Ability to view and modify personal profile
• Ability to add and change accounts
• Ability to share files and links
• Ability to search for files, people, and recommended sites
