Windows app updates: Telegram

Anonim

The week that is ending brought with it several important updates for Windows applications and Windows Phone The most relevant of them was WhatsApp , which brought with it the expected voice calls, along with many improvements in the user experience.

But there were also other apps that were updated with significant changes. For this reason, this weekend we bring you another edition of our rounds of updates section. In particular, we will review the new features that were added to Telegram, Nextgen Reader, Runtastic, and other famous apps from the Windows ecosystem.

  • Telegram Messenger is updated to version 1.12, whose most important novelty is support for the new API that allows users to interact with bots through the messaging client. Dedicated tabs for custom sticker packs are also added within the sticker panel, and it is now possible to send files of any type in secret chats (link in Windows Phone Store).

  • Nextgen Reader, the best RSS client for Windows Phone, is updated to version 6.5. The main novelty is that it is now possible to share links via WhatsApp directly from the reader (it is required to go to Options > Accounts to enable this option). The option to set certain contacts as favorites to share articles more quickly with them is also added. And finally, certain bugs that affected Windows 10 Mobile users are resolved (link in the Windows Phone Store).

  • "

Runtastic, the running application that was on discount a few days ago, is updated but with minor news: bug fixes, improvements of performance, and 7 new story-runs are incorporated, which are spoken stories to motivate us while we run, and which are available as in-app purchases (link in the Windows Phone Store)."

  • Facebook Messenger and Skype were also updated this week, but no major changes, just performance improvements and bug fixes (Messenger link, Skype link)

As always, these updates should install automatically in case we have the apps on our phone, but if we're really impatient we can force the process by going to the app's page in the Windows Phone Store.
