BodBot, a personal trainer inside our Windows Phone

BodBot is an application that has recently arrived in the store that allows you to have a personal trainer to guide you in the task of losing weight and gaining resistance. The application is responsible for building us a training plan based on what we want to obtain, and then it will guide us with the exercises to perform.

In addition to that, if we pay for the premium version of the application, we will have the possibility to also receive advice and guidance with the foods we should consumeduring the day, which is important to reach our goal.

Going to the app itself, BodBot is well built and attractively designed. Maybe in some details, such as fluidity, it is a bit slow, but it seems that they have designed it that way and that it has nothing to do with our smartphone or operating system.

The application is completely free, but, as we mentioned above, if we want to obtain data about meals we must pay for the premium version that costs 10 dollars a month (probably much cheaper than a personal trainer) . Besides that, the paid version of Bodbot gives us smartwatch compatibility and graphs about our progress

Caledos Runner, an application to measure our performance while we run

Caledos Runner is an app that has been in the store for a while now, but it's certainly worth mentioning. It allows users to record their workout performance while running.

It is an interesting tool for when, perhaps, applications like Runtastic or Endomondo are not to our liking. Caledos Runner has a simple but functional interface, using light colors and without many decorations.

An interesting feature of this application is that it has training plans. For now we have 5 kilometers, but in the coming weeks there will also be 10 kilometers, a half-marathon, and a full marathon.

Reddit Storm, another Reddit client to keep in mind

We've been featuring Reddit clients a lot in the weekly roundups lately, but it's always nice to mention those worth trying anyway. Reddit Storm is another alternative available on the Windows Phone Store.

The differences that this tool has compared to Readit or Baconit, is that, for example, the subreddits add them as a column that we then swipe to the sides This may be comfortable for some or not for some. In my case, I participate a lot in Reddit, it is not very practical for me.

In any case, something that is interesting is the way it displays the content, being a little more colorful and complete than the other applications. In addition, the application brings the comments as we would see them in the browser, something that applications like Baconit do not do (and that sometimes even cuts the thread of the publications).

Reddit Storm is an interesting option worth keeping in mind. It is priced at $1.99, but we can try it for 30 days to see if it convinces us or not.

Racing ZIP RAR, a tool to open and create compressed files

Racing ZIP RAR is an application for Windows Phone that allows us to attach and compress files of various types in formats such as .ZIP and .RAR, or else extract the contents of these formats and save them on our smartphone.

The application gives us three options on the main screen. The first is uncompress the files that are in rar, 7z, bz2, gz, tar, zip, tgz, xz, iso, lzma, cpio, ar, lzip, lzop, lz4.

And then the other two options let us compress the files to some of the following formats: zip, gz, bz2, 7z , xz, iso, lzma, cpio, ar, lzip, lzop, lz4.

These files can enter our smartphone or OneDrive, since allows us to enter the cloud storage service to bring us some compressed file.

It works well, although the interface could have an improvement to make it more attractive for users. On the other hand, it is free, although it has (depending on the application you can pay to remove it, but I couldn't find the button to do it).
