Wunderlist is updated for Windows Phone and Windows 8

Most of those who use todo-managers in their day-to-day life probably know Wunderlist, one of the most complete and powerful services when it comes to organizing pending tasks. Well, for everyone who uses this service, there is good news: its developers have just updated the Wunderlist clients for Windows Phone and Windows 8 with interesting new features, along with launching another desktop client specially designed for Windows 7.

Windows Phone update adds support for landscape orientation, allowing you to edit tasks with a larger, more comfortable virtual keyboard.In addition, support for Live Tiles has been improved, which now show us more tasks corresponding to the lists that we have anchored. Also added are push notifications, background sync, support for calendar feeds, and the option to log in with Facebook or Google+, along with performance improvements and stability.

In Windows 8/8.1, meanwhile, Wunderlist incorporates most of the new features of Windows Phone, but also adds snap mode so you can use the app side by side with other Modern UI apps or with the desktop."

Finally, we have the Wunderlist app for Windows 7, which should actually be called a Windows desktop app because we can also use on Windows 8/8.1. It is designed for all those who can't quite get used to the Modern UI environment, or who simply prefer to use Wunderlist together with the rest of the desktop applications.

This application offers us all the functions that we have in OS X and other platforms, although due to the fact that it is the first version, it has some small errors that the team promises to fix in a prompt update.

I think with these updates Wunderlist gives a leap forward in terms of experience for all Windows platform users I&39;m even personally considering switching my usual task manager (2day) to Wunderlist, mainly because background sync works much better now, and because it has caught up in terms of other features."
