Surely you have ever needed a unit converter at hand, a stopwatch and even know the exact time in another part of the planet. While it is true that we can find applications that perform these tasks in the Windows Phone Store, wouldn't it be ideal to to put together various utilities like these in a single application?
There is 1 ToolKit for this, an application that I want to talk about this week and thanks to which we will have various tools to carry out measurements, conversions, and even to create shortcuts to various phone functions.
Specifically, this application offers us a total of 16 tools through 4 different categories, all of them very precise. The impression that the application gave me when I read the information in the Windows Phone Store listing before downloading it was not very good, but now that I have tried it I think the opposite.
It has all those tools that you may need at specific times, such as a ruler, a protractor, a level to measure the horizontality or verticality of the surface where we rest the phone, a stopwatch and even a speed meter.
Some tools will not work on all terminals, such as the compass that does not work on the Nokia Lumia 520 because this terminal You don't have the right sensor.Nor will you be able to use Flashlight or Mirror if your terminal's camera does not have a Flash or front camera, respectively.
Even so, it is an application that I recommend that you try, especially considering that it is free. This version has ads at the bottom of the screen while we are in the tools menu, but an ad will never appear while using any of them. Sometimes, randomly, a full-screen ad will also appear when entering one of the tools.
The only way to get rid of the ads is to try to close the one that appears at the bottom of the screen. Then the application will give us the possibility to pay €2.99 so that the ads disappear completely, and if you plan to use it continuously, surely you will consider it.
At the moment the application is only available in English, although I have contacted the creator to offer to translate it into Spanish, since he is looking for people to help him translate it into other languages. Surely in the next few weeks, if you accept my help, it will also be available in our language.
