Gym PocketGuide Pro

When I first used Gym PocketGuide on Windows Phone 7, it was a decent app that had a BodyBuilding workout program that I liked, and used it quite a bit as a reminder for what to do. This week, I found out that the developers released a Pro version of it with a lot of improvements really useful. For this reason, I decided to comment it as application of the week. Gym PocketGuide Pro has the following utilities:

• Programs: It has 5 training programs for both men and women. When you enter one, it has the exercises to be done every day, supported by images and videos.
• Exercises: We have a complete database of exercises separated by muscle area. Each exercise has its photographs, description and video.
• Stretching: Contains techniques to stretch muscles, they are separated by the upper and lower body area. In the same way as the exercises, they have videos and images.
• Custom Programs: You can create your own routine, including information such as how many sets and repetitions to do in each exercise.

Continuing with the exercises, each time we select one to perform, we can include information such as how many repetitions we did, the weight we lifted and a note we want to highlight. And when we're done, there's a timer downstairs to keep track of rest time between sets.

All information about the exercises and videos are obtained from the BodyBuilding website. The images are included in the application so we don't need to be connected to see them, but in the videos it will be necessary.

Personally, I was very impressed with how the app has improved from one version to another, it's very noticeable that There was painstaking work to include useful information and toolsfor those who train. If you're someone who goes to the gym, don't hesitate to give it a look.
