Yes, it's true, the number of existing applications that add special effects to our photos, even on Windows Phone, is overwhelming; I even did a little special on Xatakawindows a few months ago.

However today I bring PhotoLab for several reasons, among which stands out the special support we give to national developments; the advantages in the way of treating the images; and a fairly good user experience, which makes it worth reviewing.

Effects Stack

The main novelty of this app for Windows Phone 8 is that filters are added one on top of the other, being able to unite or counteract its effects, so that we can obtain new or unsuspected results.

Thus, the first screen I come across is to choose the image I want to process and that can come from either the camera, or the phone's gallery, or the last photos taken.

On the following screen I have three buttons:The first exchanges the view of the original image, with that of the image treated with The filters.Add filters, where a side menu appears where I can choose filters that are added to the bottom of the photo, while I see the effect they produce . If I click on any of the effects, I can configure its application, or directly delete it. Save or share Which takes me to the screen where, already happy with the result of the filters on my image, I can save the image on my mobile or share it with any of the social networks that I have registered on my smartphone.

It is not the application that is going to make its owner rich, nor is it going to be sold for 19 billion dollars, but it is a good little application, which deserves its place in our library of programs.
