The latest rumors suggest that Microsoft's new dual-screen device would use the code name Janus

Talking about a possible Microsoft development in which they gave free rein to the fantasies of many users by launching a device with a folding screen the something that periodically floods the network. And it was about time to find out new information that, as usual, comes in the form of a rumor.
Information that now seems to refer to the possible name that this device would have, if we finally accept what Microsoft actually , is working on such a development to expand the Surface range. It would be the code name used by what we have known up to now as Surface Phone
Dual screen and folding, characteristics that we have already talked about, in a device that could now be known by its code name. According to WBI colleagues, Surface Janus would be the nomenclature used in Microsoft's development for its new idea.
A Surface Janus, we take that name for granted for now, which would make use of Andromeda as the operating system of choice to power all the possibilities that offers the double screen. But few more details are known about this possible development.
From the name we can say that it is a Latinism that refers to Janus, the Roman God of doors, the beginnings, portals, transitions and endings. Hence, at Microsoft they could have opted for this name for your dual screen terminal.
We can take the information coming from rumors and from patents that have been coming out over time and think that Microsoft could capture all of them in a single product , but that is something that is limited for now only to our imagination, at least while there is no official information about it.
We will be attentive, as always, to any information that may appear. Microsoft is being especially active when it comes to launching _hardware_ In 2018 for example we saw the Surface Pro 6, a new Surface Studio and the Surface Laptop 2, so It would not be strange if this rhythm continued in 2019 with a new range of products that would take over from the failed mobile experiment that they have abandoned.
