The Microsoft Lumia 435 was not the only terminal presented, since the Microsoft Lumia 532 also appeared, a product that comes to occupy a small gap in the 53X rangeof these terminals.
The differences it has with the 530 and 535 are subtle, but it is understandable where Microsoft is trying to aim with this release.
Microsoft Lumia 532 Specifications
The specifications of the Microsoft Lumia 532 are as follows:
- 4-inch LCD screen with 800x480 pixel resolution.
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 Quad-Core 1.2GHz.
- 1GB RAM memory.
- 8 GB internal storage, expandable up to 128GB with MicroSD card.
- 5 megapixel rear camera, with video recording at 30 FPS with a resolution of 848x480 pixels.
- 0.3 megapixel VGA front camera.
- 1560 MHz battery, with an autonomy of 12.5 hours in web browsing with WiFi.
- USB 2.0, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, WiFi WLAN IEEE 802.11 b/g/n.
- Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim.
If we compare it with the Microsoft Lumia 530, we see that the differences are a little more marked, since it increases RAM memory, internal storage, battery, and adds a front camera.
On the other hand, if we look at the Microsoft Lumia 535, the difference is that the size of the screen (and therefore the battery), the resolution, and the megapixels of the front camera decrease.
While it could be argued that Microsoft is starting to cram too many versions of a single range onto the market, it has to be said that the Microsoft Lumia 532 wasn't introduced just because if , as specifications and comparisons show that it is taking up much needed space.
Price and release date
The Microsoft Lumia 532 will be priced at 79 euros without taxes, and will have a Dual SIM version. The colors, like the Microsoft Lumia 435, will be orange, green, white, and black.
The terminal will arrive in February in Europe, Asia-Pacific, India, the Middle East, and Africa.
