MWC 2014: What can we expect from Windows Phone?

Table of contents:
From February 24 to 27, we have the MWC 2014 in Barcelona, where all companies come together to present to the world everything they have for this year. In Android it seems that there is something to do with Samsung, Huawei, LG, and Sony, but if we talk about Windows Phone… the question gets a bit complicated
Not Samsung, not Huawei, not Sony, not anyone
If we analyze the companies that at the time worked with Windows Phone, we will see that the situation is not as pleasant as we say.
Samsung is busy introducing its Samsung Galaxy S5, so we can't expect anything with Windows Phone. In the past there were some rumors that commented on a Samsung smartphone with Windows Phone with the design of one of its Galaxy, which may be quickly presented as an entry for what is important. But there is not much faith in this.
Huawei looks set to give some attention to Android as well, although there is a small chance that the Huawei Ascend W3 will eventually be unveiled. But nothing is certain. We don't expect anything from ZTE either.
Sony, although it showed interest in the operating system, it is very difficult for it to show something at MWC 2014, unless it has had this project for a long time and nobody has paid attention to it in the rumors.
What about HTC? Maybe the Taiwanese are the only ones (besides Nokia) we can trust to give us a Windows Phone, but the truth is that they are focused on playing it safe –with Android–, so it's hard for us to see anything from them (plus, it looks like they kicked off their release for the end of March).
And Nokia? They are going to save us
Or maybe not. A rumor on the Re/Code page comments that, in reality, the company could present its new Windows Phones for BUILD 2014 To understand this, we must think that in that event would also introduce Windows Phone 8.1, so introducing the operating system now would lose hype, and introducing it with Windows Phone 8 would not make much sense if what goes on sale later is not what they presented.
In any case, if they magically decide to show something, these are the possible smartphones we could see:
