Despite not being for sale, we already know the full specifications of the HoloLens
They have not yet gone on sale and considering that for now it is a minority product, we must say that HoloLens are raising acceptable expectations , above all because of the possibilities that can be given to it by means of the appropriate _software_.
"Right now the augmented reality glasses designed by Microsoft are only available to developers, so that they can play with the SDK and start testing specific developments for these glasses with a view to a global launch .And although they are not for sale,we already know their specifications ."
If we can more or less expect that _hardware_ has a tablet or _smartphone_ inside it, in the case of augmented reality glasses such as HoloLens, doubt arises, since it is not a _gadget_ that we are used to and we don't really know how it works to deduce what specifications they may have.
The HoloLens mount inside a 64-bit Intel Atom x5-Z8100 processor supported by 2 GB of RAM and have 64 GB of storage capacity, from which we must subtract what is occupied by the 32-bit Windows 10 on which they work and which leaves a real total of 54.09 GB free
This would be a summary of the specifications:

As we can see, the _hardware_ they mount is not comparable to what we can find in other devices such as phones or tablets, with much more modest figures in this case. But on the other hand, its functions and possibilities are not the same and we will also have to wait and see how it works and performs.
What is striking is that a 900 MB memory limit to be used per application has been imposedso that the system is not saturated.
Regarding the battery, we see that it offers a striking capacity, but not enough to be able to make continuous use of the HoloLens, since they have a range of only two hours, an aspect that will surely be polished in successive revisions.
"We remember that for now the Microsoft HoloLens are only available to developers at a prohibitive price for most pockets, because to be made with some you have to loosen your pocket and pay 3,000 euros Like all launches, over time we will see how they drop in price and become something much more common in our day day by day, but for that to happen there is still a long way to go."
