This feature is not exclusively applicable when changing from one Windows 8 device to another, but it also helps us in those situations in which we have to format our computer, because simply by logging in with our Windows Live account, we'll recover installed apps through the Store, Internet Explorer 10 settings, history and bookmarks, and even personal files
Do you have a Windows Live account?
First of all, is to create a Windows Live account, or if we already have one, access Windows 8 using an online user account, simply by entering said data. To explain how, let's focus on the case of a user who already accesses Windows 8 with a local account.
