RTVE

It is the official application of Radio Televisión Española adapted for Windows 8. Through it you can view live and delayed content, broadcast by different national channels. News programs, documentaries, sports and broadcasts from the channels La 1, La 2, 24 Horas and Teledeporte, is what all those who install the application on their computer will find.

As a bonus, through the RTVE.es application you can also listen to the different radio stations of the chain. Not everything is television.

Pocoyó TV

An application for the little ones in the house, as its name already indicates. Its download is free and allows you to view up to 5 episodes of the first and second season of Pocoyo. From there, it requires a subscription to continue watching episodes of this children's series.It has subscription plans of 30, 180 or 365 days, during which you can access all the content (100 chapters).

For those who want to use the application on the go, they can use the built-in functionality to download up to 15 episodes to the device, which allows viewing when there is no Internet connection. This option is ideal for trips or for moments in which you have to entertain "the beasts" away from home.

Zattoo Live

Zattoo is a live TV application for Windows 8. Zattoo brings live programming from various national and international channels to your PC or tablet. For license reasons, the available channels depend on the country where the application is used. In Spain, through Zattoo you can view live channels such as La 1, La 2, Teledeporte, Canal 24 Horas, Telemadrid, Clan, laSexta, Digital TV, Veo, Intereconomía, among others.

Zattoo includes very interesting features, such as the channel list, which offers information about the programs that are currently being broadcast on each channel, and the preview, which allows you to see images of the programs that are being broadcast before choosing a channel. Another point in favor of Zattoo is that it automatically detects the speed of the Internet connection and adapts the image quality accordingly, thus being able to obtain the best possible resolution and a good user experience.

TV3

The TV3 application for Windows 8 allows users to view a multitude of video on demand, through the program grid or the integrated search engine. It also allows you to view the content that is being broadcast live on TV3.

The application also includes a video of the day feature, as well as the list of content most viewed by users of the TV3 on-demand service. The language of the application is English, but the content is available in Catalan.
