ADATA Technology today announced the launch of its new ISSS314 SSDs, industrial grade and offered in two versions differentiated by the use of 3D MLC and 3D TLC memory technology to adapt to the possibilities of all users.
ADATA ISSS314 with 3D TLC and MLC memory
The ADATA ISSS314 can work in a wide temperature range and are resistant to vibrations and humidity with or that fulfill the necessary conditions to be used in the industrial environment. They offer excellent energy efficiency with a consumption of just 2.5W to help reduce electricity bills. They are offered in capacities of 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB with read and write speeds of 560MB / s and 520MB / s.
SSD drives with TLC vs MLC memories
Using 3D NAND memory technology enables superior performance and lower power consumption, it also makes them more resilient with a 2 million hour lifetime before failure, which is 25% higher than based disks in 2D memory.
