Advantech's SQFlash 920 NVMe SSD includes the popular M.2 2280 form factor (SQF-CM8) as well as a 2.5 ″ U.2 form factor (SQF-C25) using the latest Toshiba BiCS3 3D NAND technology Flash to reach up to 8TB per drive capacity.
The SQFlash 920 series is the industry's first 3D NAND SSD that targets AIoT applications such as autopilot and industrial vision systems, which comes with integrated intelligent thermal management and extensive security features. The SQFlash 920 series has a completely new heat sink design that can reduce internal temperatures by up to 10 degrees Celsius.
