Alphacool launches its water block for RX 5700 for 109.95 euros

Alphacool's new water block is ready for the RX 5700 and RX 5700 XT graphics cards. The company has decided to upgrade its Eisblock Aurora Plexi GPX-A to Eisblock Aurora Acetal GPX-A. And if the waterblock keeps the Aurora name, it's only because the logo is still RGB. But all the other diodes are logically erased, since the top is now completely black.

This gives it a very different look now, but its price does not change, since both models are sold for 109.95 euros.

The water block has a nickel plated copper base and two G1 / 4 threads that pass through both sides of the plate (i.e. four). Its design and that of dispensing with RGB lighting (Except in the logo), suggests that the block can be used, more than anything, in closed equipment or for those who are not interested in adding lights to their PC at all.

The block does not include a backplate, and the logo lighting can be synchronized through a three-pin RGB compatible product. From the basic to the essential, then.
