Amazon updates the line of fire tablets
Table of contents:
This is one of Amazon's lesser-known projects. The company has a line of tablets called Fire. It is a series of low-cost tablets that, despite this low price, have never been as successful as the company expected. For this reason, Amazon decides to give it a new opportunity and they update the line. With this movement they hope to obtain better results.
These are changes in the design of the tablets, not too big, and there have also been changes in the price. Now we have more details about the changes suffered by Fire 7 and HD 8, the tablets of this line.
Price reduction and new design
Despite its low price, one of the two tablets suffers a price reduction. It is HD 8, whose price is reduced by $ 10. It goes from $ 90 to $ 80, a noticeable reduction in an already reduced price. The Fire 7 remains unchanged in price, and remains at $ 50. Where there are changes is in the design and some of the functions of both models.
The Fire 7 undergoes a couple of notable changes. It suffers an improvement in the resolution of the screen and also the useful life of its battery will improve. Another change that is introduced is the update of the so-called Kids Edition on both tablets. Amazon's idea with these tablets was to launch them for a child / youth audience, as an alternative to the much higher priced iPad. A finer design will also be featured on both models.

They are not big changes, although they may be enough to give consumers reasons to bet on these two Fire series tablets.
