Amd Releases New Professional Radeon Pro Software Enterprise Edition 18.q2 Driver

AMD has announced the availability of the new Radeon Pro Software Enterprise Edition 18.Q2 professional drivers, with which the company intends to continue to offer significant performance improvements in leading professional applications such as CATIA, Creo and Siemens NX, along with enhanced features of security and stability.

New Radeon Pro Software Enterprise Edition 18.Q2 Driver Offers Major Improvements for Professionals

The Radeon Pro Software Enterprise Edition 18.Q2 drivers are the second update that AMD has released this year 2018 to offer better support to professionals who bet on their hardware. This new version adds significant performance improvements in applications such as Siemens NX (47 percent), Autodesk 3ds Max (44 percent), CATIA (37 percent), Creo (14 percent) and SOLIDWORKS (12 percent), which are leaders in their sectors.

The new controller also improves the stability and reliability that the company offers to IT professionals. AMD ISV certification and real-world testing have enabled certified enterprise software to be delivered in over 80 of the world's top zero-problem professional applications to 99.99% of customers.

AMD also offers advanced security features alongside Windows Defender Device Guard in Windows 10 Enterprise Edition to help thwart malicious attacks, providing further protection for the user's valuable intellectual property. Finally, new Windows versions of the Radeon ProRender plug-ins for Blender and Maya are added, which offer several new features and improvements, including Uber and Light Shaders updates or support for interactive volumetric and noise removal.
