The Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.4.1 drivers arrive to correct a bug corresponding to AMD Radeon VII and Radeon RX Vega graphics cards, which could experience system instability or intermittent crashes when three or more displays are connected and enabled at the same time.

We also fixed an issue with Vari-Bright that may not apply to some AMD Ryzen Mobile processors with Vega graphics cards.
Lastly, graphics problems were fixed with World of Tanks on Vega graphics cards, which should now work without any glitches or graphics errors.
