Videocardz revealed detailed performance and spec information. The new Polaris-based graphics card would be 12% higher compared to the RX 580 and has a power of 7.1 TFLOPS (FP32). The RX 580 has 6.2 TFLOPS (on reference watches).
The specs can be seen in full in this screenshot below, as well as some performance comparisons, which reveal that it will be 10-15% higher than the RX 580 approximately depending on the game. The specifications reveal that the card operates at a 'turbo' clock speed of 1545 MHz, compared to the 1342 MHz of the RX 580. The captured tests were performed with an i7 7700K, 16 GB of DDR4 memory with a speed of 3000 MHz and version 18.40 of the graphics driver.
