Android Auto, the version for cars, is moving slowly but surely in the market. There are already some car manufacturers working with Google on this system. Little by little, more names are added to the list. The next to be announced is Toyota, which has already confirmed they are going to work with the company to introduce the system in their cars.

Toyota was one of the few manufacturers left to make use of the system, in any of its cars. But the Japanese manufacturer already confirms this collaboration.

It has been known that Android Auto is going to come first to the brand's cars in Europe. The Aygo of 2018 and the Yaris series of 2019 will be the first to have access to it. After these models, it has been known that the 4Runners, Tacoma, Tundra, and Sequoia in 2020 will already come with the system natively. So many models of the firm will make use of this version of the operating system.

Toyota was one of the few that have not made use of this operating system. The company itself has said that if they have waited that long it is because they had doubts about its safety. But it seems that this is something that they have already been able to convince themselves of.

9, which joins forces with one of the largest car manufacturers worldwide, many years the first or second in the list. So it represents a significant deployment for the Google operating system in its version for cars.
