Angry birds space

The Finnish company Rovio Mobile has presented a new version of Angry birds but this time in space. All the chapters of the games are set in space with the main element being anti-gravity.

In the game you feel compelled to think of new and creative ways to solve puzzles, harnessing the thrust of the planetary gravitational pull to catapult birds at great distances and at impossible angles.

The main foundation of the game remains the same, breaking the green pigs placed in an unattainable way, but the way to break them, apart from being different, the birds to use are also. The feathered projectiles are the blue birds, which act as cluster bombs, the black birds explode when struck, and the green birds are of considerable size making them ideal for knocking down larger structures. New to space are purple birds, which can be steered like a guided missile just by tapping the screen, and ice birds, which allow you to freeze parts of a structure, making it easier to destroy.

Aside from the gravity fields, there are some bonus levels that you enter by hunting a golden egg. These levels are nods to other games like Space Invaders or even Super Mario Bros.

The menu is quite intuitive and it is also interactive, you can move and explode the asteroids around the levels.

The game is highly recommended and can be downloaded, with a price of between 0.79 and 3.99 euros for iOS, Android, Mac and PC platforms.
