Antec presents the high current pro platinum 1000 watt power supply

Antec, Inc., the world leader in high-performance computing components, announces the High Current Pro 1000 Platinum Power Supply, Antec's first kilowatt-type power supply with 80 PLUS ® Platinum efficiency certification.

The HCP-1000 Platinum offers a minimum of 1000 watts of continuous power that will satisfy the most demanding enthusiast or overclocker.

The HCP-1000's four + 12V rails deliver 40A each with low wave and noise levels and an output ratio of over 100%. As one of the characteristics of Antec's high-quality power supplies, this source provides a stable current with all Japanese capacitors and is kept at a low temperature thanks to the 135mm double ball bearing fan thermal controller.

Users can now enjoy the best performance from the 80 PLUS ® Platinum efficiency certification. This certificate guarantees that the source maintains a minimum of 89 percent efficiency while 20-100 percent at load levels; the HCP-1000 Platinum works as efficiently as 94%.
