Anonim

After three years Oculus VR has finally shown the first commercial version of its Occulus Rift virtual reality device at an event in San Francisco.

This first commercial version of Oculus Rift includes important improvements such as two OLED screens with unknown resolution that promise a better viewing experience with greater clarity, a wide field of view and the absence of blur effect. In addition, this version of Oculus Rift allows you to adjust the distance between the lenses and is lighter and more comfortable. Another important novelty is the incorporation of headphones that can be removed if the user wishes to replace them and an external sensor that also has the function of improving the experience of use.

In terms of controls, Oculus VR has shown its own controller called Oculus Touch that will better fit certain video games than the Xbox One controller itself, which will also be included in a bundle with Oculus Rift. The Oculus Touch is based on two wireless controllers, each with its own analog stick, a trigger, and two standard buttons.

It is expected to go on sale at the beginning of next year at an unconfirmed price that could be between 400 and 600 euros.
