Gigabyte aorus rgb nvlink bridge announced

With the arrival of the GeForce RTX 20 series on the market, Nvidia has included support for its NVLink technology, which offers a much higher bandwidth than that achieved with traditional SLI bridges. Gigabyte is the next manufacturer to show its commitment with the AORUS RGB NVLink.

AORUS RGB NVLink is the new bridge created by Gigabyte for dual Nvidia GeForce RTX 20 graphics card configurations. The manufacturer offers 3- and 4-slot versions, which offer different design features, unlike their Asus and EVGA counterparts, which appear to be almost identical.

Like other custom NVLink bridge designs, Gigabyte's AORUS RGB NVLink models feature support for RGB lighting, which includes the bridge's AORUS logo. The AORUS RGB NVLink Gigabyte illuminated bridge is compatible with the company's RGB Fusion technology, giving users access to 16.7 million color options and a multitude of different light effects.

Nvidia's NVLink connection is designed to deliver 40 GB / s of bandwidth between graphics cards, surpassing the capabilities of the traditional SLI bridge, even its dual bandwidth SLI HB bridge models. Nvidia's SLI bridges support resolutions up to 4K at 60Hz, while NVLink has enough bandwidth for resolutions of 8K HDR and more.

At this time, prices for Gigabyte's AORUS RGB NVLink bridges are unknown, although they are expected to ship with a price similar to that of Nvidia's own models. Which should put it at around 80 euros approximately.
