New netgear smart managed pro switches with power-over announced

Netgear, a leader in network equipment for homes and small and medium-sized businesses, has announced the launch of four new Gigabit Netgear Smart Managed Pro switches with Power-over-Ethernet (PoE +) and SFP ports for fiber uplinks.

To ensure maximum security, the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) Snooping, and Dynamic Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) Inspection (DAI) features have been implemented, which are responsible for protecting attackers when they use a IP address of a different validation client to rewrite or change communication between devices on the network.

We continue to see its features with Gigabit connectivity to offer the highest possible bandwidth, traffic priority setting, to reduce the latency of the most important data, IGMP Snooping Logging (MRV), which provides advanced multicast filtering, VLAN logging of multicast (MVR) that allows multicast traffic to be dedicated to a specific VLAN, and full IPv6 support.

Netgear Smart Managed Pro comes in various versions with 24 and 48 ports, to suit the needs of all users, all of which are equipped with 4 SFP ports for fiber uplinks. These switches allow the implementation of PoE + devices, with 190W in 24 ports or 380W in 48 ports.
