ECS, the world leader in the sale of mini-PCs, Notebooks, mobile devices and smart city solutions provider, is proud to announce its new silent and efficient mini PCs using LIVA Z2 and Z2V energy, which have been designed for digital signage, workstation and noise sensitive situations.

LIVA Z2 and Z2V features

Both teams are based on Intel Gemini Lake processors along with 64 GB of integrated eMMC memory, a 2.5 ″ HDD bay, three USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports and a USB Type-C connector. LIVA Z2 has HDMI 2.0 while the Z2V has HDMI 1.4 and D-Sub connectors.

The LIVA Z2 is built with a chassis of just 0.48 liters and offers a multitude of connectors, including a reversible Type-C USB, two HDMI, Wi-Wi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.1 and a Kensington lock. LIVA Z2 includes a GPIO, an uncommitted digital signal pin whose behavior is user-controllable at runtime. By simply removing the four screws, the user will be able to access the M.2 Wi-Fi bay, the memory modules and the 2.5 ″ slot.

Its fanless design makes it great for streaming 4K multimedia content at 60 FPS. Its compact size of 132mm x 118mm x 56.4mm and its VESA mount make it a great choice to use as a device for remote cloud-based operations, workstations, or mini-server systems.

The LIVA Z2 / Z2V is a victory for the environment with its design focused on maximizing energy efficiency, making electricity savings important throughout the year. As a multimedia center, the LIVA Z2 / Z2V uses less energy than a light bulb, approximately 6W.
