Aoc g2 launches with four ips monitors up to 144 hz

AOC G2 is a new series of gaming monitors that come in sizes of 24 and 27 inches with 144 Hz or 75 Hz. The latter is logically cheaper. All displays use IPS panels with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a maximum brightness of 250 cd / m2.

AOC announced its G2 series of monitors, which aim to seduce gamers who want a good gaming monitor but don't want to spend that much money. The series consists of four 27-inch FullHD models 27G2U and 27G2U5, and 23.8-inch models 24G2U and 24G2U5.

The most competitive players in online games will surely set their eyes on the 27G2U or 24G2U models with a 144 Hz refresh rate, while the rest will see the 27G2U5 and 24G2U5 as options to play with a 75 Hz refresh rate.

All models are available with AMD FreeSync and feature a 1ms MPRT response time to ensure a smooth gaming experience with no 'ghosting' effect. The G2 series is built on an IPS panel with accurate colors and wide viewing angles of 178 ° / 178 °.

FlickerFree technology and Low Blue Light mode are present to improve viewing in long sessions in front of the monitor. Finally, new software is also included in the package to make all the relevant adjustments with any of these monitors.

The 144 Hz, 27G2U and 24G2U models will debut in stores this September and the 75 Hz 27G2U5 and 24G2U5 in October 2019.
