What can we expect from this laptop? AORUS 7 sits a notch above its younger brother, AORUS 5 . However, it is not very far from it, since they have more similarities than differences.

• First of all, we can see that all its versions will carry the i7-9450H, as well as its lower version. Also, the screen has the same characteristics, since it is a 15.6 ″ FullHD IPS that reaches 144Hz . Finally, RAM follows this same path, since the general provisions will be 8/16 GB, expandable up to 32.

The differentiating component resides in the graphics card. We will have a fairly wide variety of components to choose from and among them we will have two versions with a GTX 1050 and a GTX 1650 , respectively. We find it a bit strange, since they trace the characteristics of the AORUS 5 . The other two alternatives that we have go through a GTX 1660Ti and even a powerful RTX 2060.

Regarding technologies, we want to highlight that this team will have several technologies shared by all the laptops in the line.

Among them the name All Intel Inside, where memory, Wi-Fi receiver and processor are signed by Intel or the NAHIMIC 3 3D Surround Sound for immersive and powerful sound. On the other hand, one of the most striking is the WINDFORCE Thermal Design, a name that it shares with its graphics cards, which are known for having good cooling.

Finally, we will discuss several secondary things that may interest you:

First, this team will be a little heavier reaching 2.5Kg. The keyboard, as expected, will be backlit and can shine in any of the 16.8 million colors.

Should you buy AORUS 7?

We honestly cannot offer a clear and simple answer. Since we have four laptops, some versions are more recommended than others. The good thing is that they all have one of the best processors on the market for laptops, so the CPU section is guaranteed.

On the other hand, some models mount certain graphs of questionable power for the level of the other components. The two versions with the GTX 1660Ti and the RTX 2060 are the ones that stand out above their brothers, so we will be watching how they come out.

It is possible that these laptops come out for an approximate price of € 1800-2300 between the version with the worst and best components, so everything will depend on your purchasing power.
