Apacer is announcing its new memory cards, with which they want to improve data security and transfer speed. These are the V30 and V10 models , the first with 4K video recording capabilities.

Apacer V10 and V30 offer greater speed and security

The microSDXC UHS-I U3 V30 and microSDHC UHS-I U1 V10 high-speed memory cards released by Apacer are equipped with multiple protections and high durability to ensure uninterrupted video recording in the most hostile environments. This is especially useful in case we are recording videos for extreme sports, or to use it with surveillance cameras that are outdoors, etc.

Offered with a maximum capacity of 256GB, the V30 memory card complies with the latest SD Association UHS Video Speed Class 30 (V30) standard, which means it can record at a minimum speed of 30MB per second to support recording 4K Ultra HD and 3D video. Available in 16GB and 32GB variants, the V10 memory card supports Full HD video recording and is perfect for devices that require long recording, such as dash cameras or sports cameras.

The demand for 4K video recording has been increasing as aerial and sports photography has become a fad in recent years. Although high-resolution videos provide more detail and make images more vivid, the size of 4K video files also increases, so larger SD drives and faster writing speeds are required.

The V30 model can specifically offer that capacity and that speed, coming in sizes of 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB.

At the moment, we do not know the prices that these new Apacer memories will have, but they will arrive in stores very soon.
