Apple announces the new 12-inch macbook
The prestigious manufacturer Apple has announced the new MacBook with a 12-inch screen that claims to be the thinnest brand laptop manufactured to this day with its scarce 13.1mm thickness and a weight of only 907 grams.
Like all notebooks of the brand, the new MacBook is manufactured with a unibody aluminum chassis in which a single USB Type-C connector has been integrated, which provides a transfer rate of 10 Gb / s, to which various adapters to get a DisplayPort or Thunderbolt interface. The usual WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.0 connections and a 3.5mm headphone output have also been included.
The new Apple MacBook integrates a 12-inch screen with a resolution of 2304 x 1440 pixels to offer the highest image quality and definition. Inside we find a latest generation Intel Core M processor, based on the Broadwell microarchitecture at 14nm, it is offered in two versions with an operating frequency of 1.10 GHz / 1.20 GHz with a TDP of 5W, an excellent figure that allows the MacBook is passively cooled so its operation will be completely silent. Its specifications are completed with 8 GB of RAM and the possibility of choosing between an SSD storage unit with a capacity of 256 GB or 512 GB.
The MacBook will go on sale on April 10 in its two versions for prices of approximately 1, 299 and 1, 599 euros.
