Apple is already planning its next steps with MacBook Pro, its famous laptops, which will receive a good 'upgrade' this year thanks to the inclusion of the new generation Intel processors Kaby Lake.

MacBook Pro with more memory and Intel Kaby lake

As reported by the Anglo-Saxon site MacRumors, Apple is preparing the update of the three models of 12, 13 and 15 inches of the MacBook Pro, which will enter full production during the second quarter of 2017.

The 12-inch MacBook Pro will be the first to receive the changes, with an increase in the amount of RAM to 16GB on the most expensive model. The same increase in RAM will also hit the 15-inch model, which is expected to add the option of a 32GB model.

In all cases, the most significant change will come from the Intel kaby Lake processor, which will be the new engine of the new MacBook Pro. This change would translate into a higher performance laptop but with lower power consumption.

Staggered release

Apple will begin producing the new MacBook Pro in stages. The 12-inch model would go into production early in the second quarter (April - May). The 13 and 15-inch model at the beginning of the third quarter (July) and the last 15-inch model with 32GB of RAM would do so during the last quarter of this year, accompanied by a major redesign.

Finally, the source indicates that the new MacBook Pro would have a design that would not vary too much from the current ones, something that could be a disappointment, or maybe not. In a special article, we already talked about the changes that Apple laptops need to be attractive again, and it seems that here we do not see the possibility of a MacBook with a 17-inch screen.
