Apple is facing an investigation in the Netherlands. If recently they were denounced by Spotify, for abusing their dominant position, it seems that in the country they have taken note. Since the ACM (Authority of Consumers and Markets) has announced that they are already investigating the company. They have noticed signs of abuse of a dominant position, since the firm would be giving preference to its apps in the App Store.

As they say from ACM, none of the alternative stores to the App Store are really viable options. So users have to go to the official Apple store. A store where the company determines the rules. So they present a series of apps that they have determined. This is something that is investigated, to see if the company is using its dominant position to benefit its apps.

Also, the obligation to use the firm's payment systems in integrated purchases, in addition to the 30% commission to be paid in the first year, are subject to it. So ACM is also looking for other developers who share their experiences in this field.
