Archos announces its 80 cesium tablet
The manufacturer Archos has announced a new tablet equipped with an Intel Atom processor and Microsoft's Windows 8.1 operating system, it is the Archos 80 Cesium.
The new Archos 80 Cesium tablet is manufactured in an 8.6mm thick chassis and features an 8-inch screen with IPS technology and a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. Inside is an Intel Atom Z3735G processor with four Silvermont cores at a base 1.33 GHz frequency that goes up to 1.83 GHz under turbo. Accompanying the processor we find 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage expandable through microSD card up to a maximum of 128 GB.
The rest of the specifications include a fairly tight 4000 mAh battery, micro-HDMI video output, micro-USB 2.0, a 2-megapixel rear camera and a front VGA camera, and Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity.
It runs on the Microsoft Windows 8.1 operating system and will arrive shortly at a price of $ 150.
