The ASRock H110M-DS Hyper is based on an H110 chipset and an LGA 1151 socket to give compatibility to the Intel Skylake and Kaby Lake processors, a cheaper solution than the Z170 chipset but which will not compromise the proper functioning of the processor at all. To all this the processor is powered by a 4 + 1 phase VRM that is supported by a 24-pin ATX connector and an 8-pin EPS connector to provide sufficient electrical stability. Despite being an inexpensive board, its VRM is cooled by a passive heatsink to lower its operating temperature, a sample of the care that ASRock puts even in the economic range.

The features of the ASRock H110M-DS Hyper continue with the presence of two DIMM slots with support for up to 32 GB of DDR4-2133 MHz memory in dual channel configuration to extract maximum performance from the processor and thus improve framerate in the video game. We continue with the presence of a PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slot for the AMD or Nvidia graphics card and a PCI-Express 2.0 x1 port to place an expansion card.
