ASRock has taken advantage of Computex 2017 to show the world its first motherboards for the new AMD Threadripper platform, the new bet of those from Sunnyvale to return to the HEDT segment of x86 processors after many years out.
ASRock X399 Taichi and Professional Gaming
Finally we have in pictures the first motherboards for the new AMD Threadripper platform with the TR4 socket and the advanced X399 chipset, this platform will welcome processors with a maximum configuration of 16 physical cores and 32 processing threads based on the advanced Zen microarchitecture The boards shown are ASRock X399 Taichi and X399 Professional Gaming, both with one U.2 32 Gb / s port and three M.2 32 Gb / s ports.
