Following in the footsteps of Intel Broadwell-E ASRock has announced its two new X99 Taichi and ASRock Fatal1ty X99 Gaming i7 motherboards equipped with a 2011-3 LGA socket and X99 chipset.

The ASRock Fatal1ty X99 Gaming i7 motherboards include the latest advancements such as M.2 32GB / s connectivity to NVMe, USB 3.1, and WiFi 5GHz 802.11 ac. We continue with the presence of three PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slots, which is compatible with 3-way SLI and CrossFire configurations, and two PCIe 2.0 x1. Storage options include ten SATA III 6GB / s ports, two NVMe- compliant M.2 32GB / s ports, and USB 3.1 Type A and Type C connectors. Its specifications are completed with Creative SoundBlaster Cinema 3 audio with separate PCB section, high-quality capacitors, 115 dBA SNR CODEC and finally a pair of Intel Gigabit Ethernet interfaces with support for WiFi 802.11 ac and Bluetooth 4.0.
We continue with the X99 Taichi that comes with a black reinforced PCB for greater durability. It seems to share the same characteristics as the previous model except for the presence of some additional integrated buttons.
