After recently leaking, Asus has unveiled its full lineup of GeForce RTX 2070 graphics cards, with little new compared to previous generations that already relied on excellent design so no major changes are necessary.

Asus officially announces its GeForce RTX 2070

The new Asus ROG Strix graphics cards are on top, featuring the company's DirectCU III cooling technology, featuring a triple fan design in a 2.5-slot size. RGB lighting and dual BIOS support are now part of the series, as are some of the other common features like a backplate and included metal clamp. As for connectivity, there are 2 HDMI 2.0b ports, 2 DisplayPort 1.4 outputs and 1 USB Type-C port for VirtuaLink. The graphics card draws power from the 6-pin and 8-pin PCIe power connectors and will be available in three versions (Gaming OC, Gaming Advanced, and Gaming).

The next step is the Asus Dual line, which eliminates some luxuries like RGB lighting and increases the thickness of the cooling solution to a size of 2.7 slots, but reduces its overall length. Connectivity is provided by 1 HDMI 2.0b port, 3 DisplayPort 1.4 outputs and 1 USB Type-C port. This Dual model also consumes power from the 6-pin and 8-pin PCIe power connectors, and will be available in three versions (Dual OC, Dual Advanced, and Dual Gaming).

Finally, the Turbo version of ASUS will be the most economical choice, featuring the 80mm single-fan turbine-type heatsink design, which should be easily overcome with Nvidia's own reference cooling solution. It maintains the 2.7-slot cooling solution, adds a little LED lighting, and features 1 HDMI 2.0b port, 3 DisplayPort 1.4 outputs, and 1 USB Type-C port.
