Asus launches its windows mixed reality gc102 mixed reality glasses

Virtual reality has not managed to prevail within digital entertainment, at least not with the force that we imagined, however, this year a series of mixed reality glasses will come out that try to give a little more vibe to this matter. Among them is the launch of the Mixed Reality HC102 glasses.

Asus has focused on many of the aspects that have so far prevented users from embarking on the virtual reality train, starting with design and ergonomics. The aesthetics of the HC102 is clearly inspired by one of the foundational concepts of the virtual environment: polygons. The front body of the viewer is distinguished by a 3D pattern that recalls polygonal modeling, giving it a futuristic style. The materials used are also of high quality, with a particular focus on sharing the device between multiple people, as is easily the case in a family setting. The fabric is breathable, quick drying and antibacterial, this is important when sharing the glasses with several people. The weight is 400 grams.

ASUS Windows Mixed Reality HC102 glasses deliver sharp images thanks to their 3K screen (2880 x 1440) and a refresh rate of up to 90 Hz. The controls are also included, to enjoy all the more than 2000 Steam VR games and more than 20, 000 applications from the Windows store.

Little by little, more competition arrives for Oculus and Vive.
