Bestek BTSS01-EU is a desktop support that will help us to improve the ergonomics of our screen and make it more comfortable to use. Unboxing and design

Bestek BTSS01-EU comes fully disassembled in a cardboard box in the natural color of this material. All the pieces are very well wrapped in bubble wrap so the protection is very high and will not be damaged during transport. In addition to the parts we find a set of screws and an allen wrench for mounting, an assembly instruction booklet and two rubber parts to protect our desk from possible damage when tightening the stand.

We take out all the pieces and go to see them in detail. First we see the two pieces that serve to fix the support to our desk.

We continue with the cylinder that joins the two previous pieces to the arm for the monitor, this cylinder also serves to adjust the height of our screen as we will see later. In its lower part it has three holes that are attached with screws to the two previous pieces and in the central part it has a lock that serves to prevent the monitor arm from falling too low or giving way over time, hitting the desk and suffering damage the screen.

Finally we see the arm for the monitor, it complies with the VESA mounting standard so we will have to make sure that the monitor is compatible. As we can see, it is made up of four articulated pieces to allow a wide adjustment.

Having seen all the pieces, we can move on to assembly. This is really simple and no user will have problems, in the instruction booklet there are all the steps and the screws to use for each step. The first thing is to join the two pieces that serve to fix the support to our desk and the cylinder. Then we put the rubber protectors on the two parts that make contact with our table and we can already fix it.

Now we only have to mount the arm on our monitor and attach it to the cylinder, with this we will have finished and we will have the whole assembly mounted.
