Bluboo picasso, a very interesting and cheap smartphone

The Bluboo Picasso is a smartphone with tight but solvent specifications and a very aggressive price, it can be yours for just 72 euros at the popular Chinese store Gearbest. It will not be the most advanced mobile on the market but it is really worth it for its tight price. Next March 22 begins the celebration of the new anniversary of Gearbest.

Bluboo Picasso specifications

The Bluboo Picasso is based on a 32-bit MediaTek MTK 6580 processor, consisting of four Cortex A7 cores at a maximum frequency of 1.3 GHz along with the Mali 400 GPU. It is an already veteran chip but it has enough power to move the Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system in a very agile way and you can even enjoy many of the Google Play games, in addition the brand promises to update the Bluboo Picasso to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Accompanying the processor we find 2 GB of RAM along with 16 GB of expandable storage via microSD up to an additional 64 GB. The set is powered by a 2, 500 mAh battery.

Its screen is 5 inches and has IPS technology and a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, a very successful panel in line with the processor and the battery, which will allow the Bluboo Picasso to offer very remarkable performance and quite respectable autonomy. The smartphone is built with a metal frame and reaches a weight of 152 grams along with dimensions of 14.3 x 7.22 x 0.88 cm so we are facing a fairly compact unit. We highlight its quite youthful design and available in several quite vivid colors.

Optics and connectivity

As for the optics of the terminal we see we find a main camera 8 megapixel camera with LED flash and autofocus so you can take photos with very decent visual quality. It also has an 8-megapixel front camera that will serve us for the occasional selfie and for video conferences. It is not its strongest section but you can get enough juice and you can not ask for more for its price.
