The iCloud website has been recently updated and now includes a new app called Find My Friends or Find My Friends. With it, you can find out from a friend or family member and share the location with your contacts. Step 1. Visit iCloud (icloud.com) and access your Apple account - the same one you use on your iPhone or iPad. Then click "Friends";

Step 2. The application will ask you for your place to share with your friends. Click "Allow" to authorize and continue;

Step 3. On the map, you can see the location of all your friends. If you want to see the location of a specific person, click on their name in the left sidebar of the page;

Step 4. To configure the application, click "I" in the lower left corner of the window;

Step 5. In the app settings, you can enable or disable location sharing, select the device for which you want to send its location, and define whether you want to display distances in miles or kilometers.
