How to insert a PDF in Word

Below we show you the steps we have to follow in this regard. In this way, if you ever need to do this, you will not have too many problems and you can easily complete it. There are a couple of ways to do it.

First method

In the first case, we have to open the Word document in which we want to be able to insert this PDF in question. Next, we look at the top of the document, where we find the Insert menu, on which we have to click. Among the options that are in this section, we have to go to the object option, which is what you can see in the photo. When pressing on it, we get a box in which to choose the type of format that we are going to insert, a PDF in this case.

When we have selected it, a window will open so that we can search the computer for the file in question that we want to insert into Word. So, when we have selected it, this PDF will be displayed on our inserted screen. We already have it in the document, so we can do whatever we want with it at all times.

Second method

It may be a part of the PDF that we are interested in inserting into the document in Word. So inserting the file in its entirety may not make sense to us. We can bet on taking a screenshot of that part that we are interested in having and then insert it into the document as one more photo. It is another simpler option, which is useful if it is a graph or a small part that we are interested in using.

Therefore, we can select the option to insert capture in the document in Word or insert as a normal photo. In this way, we obtain the desired result and we have said part of the PDF already available to use.

Either of these two methods will do its job well, so you will have no problems in this regard and can insert them into a document at all times.
