- Go to the search bar and type "Schedule tasks" You will get an option with that name Click on it A new window opens, in the left panel we have to expand Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows
- Double-click the Windows Defender folder. A panel appears in the upper central part, where we have four options. We expand the names of the same and we see that one of them is to schedule the analysis of Windows Defender. Then click on the option "Windows Defender Scheduled Analysis". In the image below you can see its exact location.
- After double-clicking on this option, a new window of " Windows Defender scheduled scan properties " opens . Within it we have to enter the Triggers tab . We go to the bottom and click on the button again. The window in which we have the possibility to schedule the Windows Defender scan opens next.
- We specify the frequency at which we want the analysis to be analyzed or the specific time and we accept it. Thus, we have already scheduled this analysis.
With these simple steps we are going to be able to make the tool begin to analyze the equipment at a specific time in a simple way. Thus, we do not have to worry about threats that may affect our computer.
