Chromecast ultra goes on sale in Spain, streaming 4K / HDR

Chromecast Ultra is the natural evolution of the first Chromecast that Google launched to be able to play multimedia content in streaming. With the proliferation of 4K TVs and HDR technology, it seemed a necessity to have a device that was compatible with new technologies.

Chromecast Ultra is already available in Spain from the Google Store and now you can finally stream streaming content at 4K and HDR. This new model can also process data more quickly and an Ethernet connection has been included so as not to depend solely on WiFi. This decision would clearly have to do with 4K content, a wired connection is faster and more reliable. If you prefer to connect via WiFi, you can do it on both the 2.4 GHz band and the 5 GHz band.

Naturally Chromecast Ultra can also work on televisions with 1080p resolution, it is not exclusive to 4K content and will always transmit in the highest possible image quality.

Chromecast Ultra is available for about 79 euros, double what the original Chromecast costs and at the moment it is only available in black.
