Civilization VI: Rise and Fall is the latest full expansion coming to Steam for the latest installment in the long-running strategy series that hit the market in October 2016. This new expansion features quite a few new gameplay elements with the goal of bringing life to the usual formula, as well as eight new civilizations.
Civilization VI: Rise and Fall comes to Steam
One of the most notable new features includes the addition of the Great Ages. With this, civilizations can now fall into a Dark Age or a Golden Age, depending on the Score Era in which each civilization manages to strike during a Global Age. Also, if a civilization manages to scale its way from a dark age to a golden age in a single era, it will reach a Heroic Era, with higher bonuses. Thanks to this, any faction will have the opportunity to reach the great powers if they play their cards well.

Also included are governors who can be assigned to cities for various bonuses and to increase the loyalty counter.
